照烧豆腐汉堡排
材料
"板豆腐 一盒","绞肉 300g","红萝卜 1/3条","葱 4支","姜末 少许","鸿禧菇 一包","酱油 少许","糖 一大匙","太白粉 少许","干贝粉 少许","香油 少许","洋葱 一颗","味淋 4大匙","酱油 6大匙",
做法

1:将豆腐压除多余的水分

2:红萝卜 葱切末 姜蘑成泥 洋葱切丝

3:豆腐 绞肉 红萝卜末 葱末 姜泥 加入酱油 糖 干贝粉 搅拌均匀

4:最后加入香油提味

5:将肉团多余的空气甩掉 捏成圆形 抹上少许太白粉

6:下油锅 煎至两面焦黄

7:下洋葱 鸿禧菇炒香

8:接着加入调味好的酱汁

9:煮至酱汁收干 豆腐排两面油量金黄即可
