"食材︰鲑鱼 1盒","食材︰粉丝 1把","食材︰洋葱 1/2粒","食材︰姜 3片","食材︰大蒜 3粒","食材︰九层塔叶 适量","酱油 2大匙","米酒 1大匙","沙茶酱 1大匙","糖 1/2小匙","盐 少许",
做法

1:备料;洋葱切丝大蒜拍裂,粉丝泡软剪短

2:热油锅鲑鱼两面煎一下(防碎),起锅前改大火淋上酱油干烧一下

3:起油锅炒香姜片&大蒜

4:改小火炒洋葱至软,加入所有 调味料 &少许水煮开

5:下粉丝拌匀

6:(放入九层塔叶); 上层铺上鲑鱼片,盖锅盖焖1~2分钟即成。
