"鸡 半只","豆腐乳 2小块","红曲粉 1T","清粉 1杯","九层塔 60克","蒜头 5颗","胡椒粉 1T","糖 1T","料理酒 1T","香油 1T","酱油膏 1T","红曲粉 1T","白芝麻 1T","五香粉 适量","地瓜粉 3T","面粉 2T"
做法

1:蒜头切碎. 鸡洗净. 剁小块.下醃料. 醃30分钟

2:起油锅_沾拌清粉(地瓜粉跟面粉比例可以3:2 or 4:5)_油温140度后放入鸡肉块

3:炸熟时鸡肉会浮起 再关一次大火抢酥 (可去油) 可撒上白芝麻 增加香气及口感
