唐扬鸡佐塔塔酱盖饭

做法

  1. step1

    1:把鸡肉切块进醃料醃40分钟这时候先做酱跟面衣

  2. step2

    2:把苹果洗净切丁泡盐水防止变黑

    3:切水煮蛋丁 与苹果丁混一起加入牛奶 美乃滋 盐 胡椒 拌匀苹果塔塔酱即完成

    4:把剩的洋葱醋加酱油入锅滚 用太白粉水勾芡淋上饭

    5:把太白粉跟低筋面粉一比一混一起加入醃料入锅油炸起锅沥干油

    6:蛋香小白菜

    7:炸完吸油一下

    8:把炸鸡跟塔塔酱还有配料放到白饭上即可完成
