黑胡椒咸猪肉
材料
"五花肉{熟的} 2条","大蒜白 适量","调味料蒜粉{也可加蒜头} 2大匙","调味料米酒 2大匙","调味料胡椒粉 1茶匙","调味料五香粉 1茶匙","调味料香油 1大匙","调味料鲜味炒手{鸡粉} 2分之一茶匙","调味料盐巴 1大匙","调味料糖 2分之一茶匙","调味料黑胡椒粒 适量"
做法

1:把所有调味料拌匀抹在猪肉条上.撒上黑胡椒粒放入冰箱醃制3小时左右

2:取出后以小火煎至两面微焦在切片摆盘上

3:大蒜白切片放在咸猪肉旁即可盛盘
