卤牛肚

材料

"牛肚 1副","葱 2根","辣椒 2根","蒜头 1大颗","卤包 1包","八角 2颗","花椒 少许","胡椒 少许","姜片 5片","酱油 4大匙","香油 1大匙","豆办 3大匙","冰糖 2大匙","荫油(酱油膏) 3大匙","水 3杯","米酒 2大匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1:先将牛肚洗净后川烫

  2. step2

    2:取一锅子,放入葱、姜、蒜、辣椒、卤包、花椒、八角,放入步骤1的牛肚,加入酱汁,水的部分建议盖过食材的高度,一个人喜欢的咸度做调整

  3. step3

    3:外锅1杯水,跳起来后闷个10分钟,此时可以试试看卤汁的味道,调整咸淡,外锅再一杯水,跳起闷个10分钟即可

  4. 4:可以直接切盘,或是冰过后拌点葱、蒜、辣椒,当凉拌也很好吃
