客家小炒

材料

"豆干 4块","肉丝 1/3碗","干鱿鱼 1只","芹菜 4根","葱 3根","蒜头 3办","辣椒 1根","盐 少许","酱油 1茶匙","糖 1/2茶匙","胡椒 1/2茶匙","香油 少许",

做法

  1. step1

    1:将干鱿鱼泡水2小时,豆干切片,芹菜&葱切段,蒜头切片,辣椒切片

  2. step2

    2:热锅姜蒜头、辣椒、葱爆香,加入肉丝炒到5分熟

  3. step3

    3:陆续加入鱿鱼、豆干、芹菜拌炒

  4. step4

    4:最后加入调味料稍微闷一下即可上桌
