古早味肉羹汤饭

材料

"高丽菜 少许","香菇 1朵","雪灵菇 数根","金针菇 少许","肉丝 少许","虱目鱼丸 适量","洋葱 1/4颗","红萝卜 适量","笋丝 50g","香菜 1根","辣椒 1根","酱油 1匙","盐 3匙","黑醋 2匙","冰糖 2颗","胡椒 适量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:事先将菇类切至需要大小,肉丝用酱油醃制

  2. step2

    2:一锅水,直接加入洋葱、红萝卜、辣椒、笋丝熬煮到滚

  3. step3

    3:水滚后加入菇类,盐,冰糖,黑醋续煮

  4. step4

    4:再加入高丽菜跟虱目鱼丸煮滚

  5. step5

    5:加入醃制好的肉丝

  6. step6

    6:所有食材煮熟后调整咸度完成后加入香菜跟胡椒粉就完成囉~
