蔬菜片汤
材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱 35g","白萝卜 35g","胡萝卜 35g","西芹 30g","红番茄 35g","高丽菜 25g","月桂叶 少许","鸡高汤 500cc","盐 少许","胡椒 少许"
做法

1:红萝卜 白萝卜 西芹 番茄(去籽) 洋葱 高丽菜 切成指甲片

2:然后将剩下的蔬菜材料熬煮成高汤

3:熬煮好再过滤,在把指甲片了放入清汤里面熬煮

4:煮熟即可放入双耳汤碗里面(7~8分满)
