葱爆牛肉蛋炒饭
材料
"牛肉条 60g","鸡蛋 一颗","隔夜白饭 一碗","葱 1~2根","姜片 2片","蒜头 3~5瓣","辣椒 适量","酱油 1茶匙","米酒 1/2茶匙","太白粉 1/4茶匙","蛋 少许","酱油 1茶匙","蚝油 1茶匙","糖 0.5茶匙",
做法

1:简单几样食材准备好…白饭稍微用松散

2:鸡蛋打散加入一点点(约半茶匙)蛋液至牛肉+醃肉酱…以上抓匀醃10~15分钟

3:辛香料备好…葱白切段拍扁与葱绿分开…姜、辣椒切丝…蒜头切末

4:适量油热锅倒入蛋液与白饭拌炒

5:拌炒至饭粒松散均匀即成黄金蛋炒饭…盛起备用

6:续原锅加热加入约一茶匙油…倒入牛肉过油…即可夹出肉

7:锅中剩余油爆香葱白、姜丝、蒜末

8:倒回牛肉、葱爆酱汁、葱绿辣椒丝…快速拌炒均匀

9:倒入黄金蛋炒饭拌匀即可~
