烤草莓猪肋排
材料
"猪肋排 570g","红标纯米料理米酒 1茶匙","黑胡椒粉 适量","高鲜味精 1/2小匙","盐 1茶匙","月桂叶 3片","白芝麻 适量","自作草莓果酱 1/2米杯","黄柠檬 适量","七味粉 1茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","蒜末 1茶匙",
做法

1:说明食材如上.猪肋排放在水中加冰块去血水.

2:先把猪肋排加水和全部食材加入川烫.把红标纯米料理米酒加入.

3:放高鲜味精1小匙 .煮熟拿起.

4:烤猪肋排沾酱.全加入,顺便加七味粉.

5:因母亲要吃软一点,所以先电锅料理蒸软后烤.(事先生猪肋排可加凤梨水或奇异果先醃,放室温后烤会比较软).

6:放入烤箱总共烤2次(170度烤5分钟).

7:"烤草莓猪肋排"即完成.
