佛罗伦斯鸡胸附青豆饭
材料
"面粉 25g","奶油 25g","牛奶 70ml","起士 50g","菠菜 100g","奶油 少许","红葱头碎 25g","盐 少许","鸡胸肉 2片","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","沙拉油 少许","奶油 少许","洋葱碎 20g","蒜头碎 12g","青豆仁 50g","白米 130g","鸡高汤 300ml","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:菠菜去梗,蒜头红葱头切碎,米 青豆仁洗净备用,鸡胸肉较厚部分切蝴蝶刀,加少许盐,白胡椒醃制

2:热锅加入沙拉油,将鸡胸肉煎至表面上色 进烤箱将鸡胸肉烤熟

3:热锅少许油,加入蒜头碎 洋葱碎拌炒,加入白米拌炒加入青豆仁,鸡高汤,加入少奶油融化后,加入盐巴 胡椒调味,放入烤箱160度烤熟

4:取锅加入奶油,融化后加入面粉拌炒均匀,加入牛奶搅拌均匀煮制浓稠,加入起司片,搅拌均匀

5:热锅加入沙拉油,爆香红葱头碎,加入菠菜炒,调味放入盘中

6:将鸡胸肉放置菠菜上面淋上奶油起司酱,进烤箱烤至起司酱上色,摆上青豆仁饭及可完成
