干煸四季豆
材料
"四季豆 1把","绞肉 100g","蒜头 5瓣","姜 1小块","葱 1枝","虾米 1小把","辣椒 1根","酱油 1~2大匙","胡椒粉 少许","糖(可省) 1小匙","乌醋 1小匙","米酒 1大匙",
做法

1:四季豆撕去细丝洗净,蒜头、姜、葱、辣椒切末,虾米泡米酒至软后切末

2:热锅不放油,下四季豆干煸10-15分钟,起锅备用

3:加少许油,放入葱、姜、蒜末、虾米末爆香,再加入绞肉、辣椒末拌炒

4:将干煸过的四季豆一起入锅,加入调味料及1-2大匙的水拌炒入味,即可起锅囉!
