"红条肉片 1大片","洋葱 半颗","蒜片 5~6颗","姜片 5~6片","红萝卜片 7~8片","四季烧烤酱 2大匙","四季酱油膏 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","冰糖 1茶匙","水 5大匙",

2:起锅放入2大匙油烧热后将红条鱼片放入以中小慢煎至两面金黄
