材料
"鸡腿 3块","猪血糕 1盒","海带 3条","甜不辣 10片","豆干 10片","贡丸 8颗","鸽子蛋 12颗","酱油 1碗(可调整)","酪梨油(植物油都可) 1/2碗","糖+冰糖 1/2碗(可调整)","葱 适量","八角 5颗",

2:鸡皮煎出油(没加肉可省略)~葱和八角下去爆香

3:卤汁倒入锅中煮滚~

4:食材全部放入锅中,大火煮滚后,改成小火慢慢卤至入味收汁~(过程中要约十分钟翻搅一次,以利均匀入味)
