罗宋炒牛肉附菠菜面疙瘩
材料
"菠菜叶 60克","水 少许","高筋面粉 120克","牛奶 80毫升","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","奶油 少许","洋葱丝 50克","红葱头片 2颗","醃黄瓜丝 30克","蘑菇片 三朵","牛肉条 300克","红葡萄酒 1小匙","面粉 20克","牛骨肉汁 200毫升","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","酸奶油 1茶匙"
做法

1:将材料备好洗净

2:将菠菜烫熟冰镇

3:将菠菜倒入果汁机内打匀

4:将A食材加入拌匀

5:将面疙瘩煮熟后沥干

6:加入奶油后加入面疙瘩炒香后装盘

7:加入奶油将红葱头及洋葱丝炒熟后加入蘑菇片,牛肉条及醃黄瓜炒熟后加葡萄酒

8:加入面粉及一些高汤炒到收汁即可
