水果生菜沙拉
材料
"蛋 3个","马铃薯(去皮净重) 200g","生菜(BabyLeaf) 25g","蕃茄 120g","豌豆婴 20g","小甜柿(去皮去蒂) 95g","无调味坚果 少许","无盐奶油 15g","百香果凤梨果酱 35g","初榨橄榄油 35g","梅醋 1茶匙","盐 1/8茶匙","粗黑胡椒粒 1/8茶匙",
做法

1:马铃薯切条、蛋洗净,全部放入冷水锅中(水盖过食材); 盖上锅盖、开中火煮滚,再续煮约10分钟

2:趁热捞出马铃薯,加入奶油及1/8茶匙(分量外)塩,混匀并压成泥状; 将1颗已剥壳的水煮蛋放入,用汤匙背仔细压碎,再与薯泥拌匀

3:将沙拉酱材料入小盆中,用打蛋器搅拌均匀

4:蕃茄及甜柿切成小块; 将剩余2颗水煮蛋,各切四等份

5: 把生菜、蕃茄、甜柿、豌豆婴摆放盘中,淋上沙拉酱; 洒点坚果、放上几片水煮蛋
