"高粉 350g","低粉 150g","酵母 5g","糖 10g","盐 5g","水 280g","液态油 60g","乳酪丝 100g","起司粉 30g","百里香 10g","烤鸡肉 100g","多丽鱼 100g","番茄酱 100g",
做法

1:1-7项一起搅拌后(盐和发酵粉记得错开)滚圆,基础发酵60分,等两倍大时,分割2个,滚圆后中间发酵15分,再最后发酵50分。

2:杆成长方形饼皮,涂抹番茄酱后,再依序放置各项材料,最后放入乳酪丝。家用烤箱 预炉 250/250 10分后,250/250 烤35分,230/230烤5分。

3:降温是为了乳酪丝不要烤得太焦,成品出炉,香....
