香菇卤肉&卤豆腐
材料
"肉末 200g","豆腐 一盒","蒜头 5瓣","洋葱 半颗","香菇 10朵","米酒 5ml","水 醃过料","酱油+鲜美露1:1 60","味霖 15ml","五香粉 5ml","糖 少许",
做法

1:备料:洋葱、蒜头切末。豆腐切块香菇泡水

2:热锅热油,转中火炒肉末

3:肉炒至金黄色出油再➕香菇炒至水干

4:➕洋葱末➕蒜头末拌炒约3分钟

5:先➕米酒,再➕香菇水滚约5分钟

6:➕调味酱(酱油、鲜美露、味霖)炖10分

7:➕水淹过豆腐即可,转小火炖煮越久越入味,完成。
