糖醋丸子
材料
"绞肉 150g","葱花 3大匙","姜未 1大匙","红萝卜(小) 1/3根","牛蒡 1/4根","盐 1/2小匙","鸡精 少许","白胡椒 少许","糖 1大匙","醋 1大匙","酱油 2小匙"
做法

1:蔬菜全部剁碎、倒入绞肉内、用手搅拌有黏性后再加入太白粉再次搅拌均匀、分10等份、揉圆

2:炸油的温度以低温慢炸、肉丸子浮上即可

4:调味料全部倒入锅内、滚后倒入太白粉水(太白粉1小匙+水1小匙)、最后淋上丸子上面即可
