洋菇煎猪排附橄榄型胡萝卜
材料
"奶油 15g","洋葱碎 1大匙","蘑菇片 4朵量","鸡骨肉汁 200ml","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","奶油 40g","胡萝卜 400g","带骨猪排 2片","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:猪排靠近骨头的肉切一刀(怕不熟)

2:奶油溶化煎猪排到上色后,骨头部分煎不了 锅留着加点水煮至焦化备用

3:用烤箱烤至熟

4:洋葱碎,蘑菇片备用

5:奶油炒香洋葱碎和蘑菇片至软

6:加入(煎猪肉的)酱汁,调味和鲜奶油拌匀,有点浓稠备用

7:煮好的摆盘,即完成
