做法

1:食材洗净,肉片切小片拌少许沙拉油备用,小白菜切小段,青葱切细末(汤料),葱白切小段,洋葱切段,鱼板片切长段,香菇贡丸2/3切块(汤料)1/3切段,冻豆腐切小块(汤料)

2:味味面3包用热水煮软备用

3:味味面调味料2包加入汤锅煮滚,加入香菇贡丸、冻豆腐煮滚,熄火加入青葱末.小白菜即成牛肉汤

4:起油锅,加入蛋炒熟,加入肉片及洋葱.葱白炒熟,加入鱼板片‧香菇贡丸段炒熟
