宫保豆腐
材料
"油豆腐 10个","太白粉 1大匙","干辣椒 2/3碗","花椒粒 1大匙","洋葱丝 1/8个","胡萝卜丝(可省略) 少许","荷兰豆(可省略) 少许","木耳丝(可省略) 少许","美极鲜味露 1大匙","青葱段 2支","米酒 1小匙","花生米 一把","酱油 3大匙","糖 1大匙",
做法

1:备齐材料

2:油豆腐放滚水中煮1-2分钟,去除豆腥味及油耗味

3:太白粉调水.酱油和糖也调成一碗酱汁备用

4:起油锅加入洋葱爆香,续加入胡萝卜丝.荷兰豆.干辣椒及花椒粒炒至香味溢出,先捞起荷兰豆以免炒太久不清脆

5:作法4.加入油豆腐.青葱段.木耳丝稍拌,再淋上酱汁续炒,最后加入约一大匙的太白粉水勾薄芡,让酱汁依附在豆腐上

6:加回荷兰豆,并将美极鲜味露及米酒沿锅边呛香拌炒一下下即可起锅.

7:上桌前可洒一把花生米提香
