"吴郭鱼 一条","盐 少许","地瓜粉 适量","梅肉 3颗","梅汁 2大匙","蕃茄酱 3大匙","生香菇丝 少许","胡萝卜丝 少许","木耳丝 少计","姜丝 少许","辣椒 1条","香油 少许","葱段 少许",

1:备齐材料

2:将吴郭鱼抺塩沾地瓜粉煎炸至金黄色,捞起备用

3:原锅留一些油爆香姜丝,再放入香菇丝.胡萝卜丝. 木耳丝.辣椒拌炒

4:加入台东有机Q梅梅肉.梅汁.蕃茄酱调味,酸甜可自行调整,最后再放入葱段稍拌,

5:起锅前淋上香油即可
