苦瓜羊肉
材料
"切片羊肉 1盒","白苦瓜 半条~1条","蒜头 4粒~6粒","葱 1根~2根","辣椒 1根~2根","豆瓣酱 1匙~1匙半","酱油 1匙~1匙半","冰糖 6颗~8颗","米酒 2匙","麻油 1匙","沙拉油 1匙","香油 半匙","盐 适量"
做法

1:切片羊肉自然退冰去血水白苦瓜去籽去膜切片(越薄越好入味)葱切段蒜头切末辣椒切片(不吃辣可去籽~吃辣可选小辣椒)

2:热锅后下麻油跟沙拉油转小火热油下蒜头跟辣椒爆香出味后下羊肉转中火加点盐跟冰糖跟酱油跟豆瓣酱转大火炒一下加入苦瓜加盐顺锅边加米酒翻炒至苦瓜中软后加葱顺锅边加入香油翻炒入味后盛盘就完成盛盘后苦瓜会因受热待续软化入味
