香草馅奶油泡芙
材料
"牛奶 150ml","砂糖 50g","牛奶 100ml","高筋面粉 25g","玉米粉 10g","香草精粉 少许","蛋黄 1颗","奶油 40g","水 100ml","高筋面粉 60g","盐 少许","鸡蛋 2颗","糖粉 少许"
做法

1:泡芙馅A 小火搅拌让糖融化,煮滚之后加入少许香草精,将泡芙馅 B 分次慢慢加入(看浓稠度,不一定要加完)当中一直用打蛋器搅拌均匀

2:泡芙A煮滚,再加泡芙B快速搅拌成团

3:然后分次加蛋(看稠度,不能太水)

4:好了装挤花袋

5:挤泡芙体,大小要一致

6:完成
