材料
"韩式泡菜 约300克","猪五花肉 300克","洋葱 1/2颗","青辣椒 ㄧ条","蒜末 适量","大白菜 1/2颗","金针菇 适量","鸿禧菇 适量","板豆腐 适量","韩式冬粉 适量","昆布高汤 400ml","韩式辣酱粉 ㄧ大匙","韩式辣椒酱 ㄧ大匙","韩式味增酱 ㄧ大匙","韩式酱油 ㄧ大匙","酒 ㄧ大匙"

1:切片五花肉与醃料抓醃均匀

3:热锅倒油放入蒜末、洋葱中火炒香,在加入醃料猪肉片拌炒至变色

4:倒入昆布高汤大火烧煮,依序加入材料至煮滚后转中小火,保持沸腾状态,让食材煮熟入味,在放入青辣椒,加盐调料即可
