简单葱花&花生卷
材料
"黄侨高粉 215g","水手低粉 35g","糖 20g","盐 0.8小匙","酵母 2.5g","玄米油 12g","牛奶 170g","花生酱 酌量","葡萄干 酌量","葱 2只","杏仁片 少许"
做法

1:除玄米油.盐外,其余材料放面包机顺序牛奶-糖-面粉-酵母搅拌成团加盐5分钟后置入玄米油续搅15分,面团放入钢盘(底稍抹油),面团入烤箱,放碗热水进行,一发40分钟

2:一发后分6小面团滚圆松弛15分,再每个面团杆长方形,如图,进行二发1小时

3:花生卷(参考图2),葱花卷待烤前再放上葱花酱

4:烤前每个面团表面刷蛋液,烤温180/190 20-25分
