鸡闹豆腐
材料
"板豆腐 2方块","鸡蛋 2颗","樱花虾 1.5大匙","青葱 1根","米酒 1大匙","油 2大匙","史云生清鸡汤 2大匙","白胡椒粉 1/4小匙","酱油 2大匙","盐 1/2茶匙",
做法

1:豆腐切块,放入滚水中煮约3分钟捞出;樱花虾加入米酒泡软;青葱切末

2:用叉子将豆腐压碎,并沥掉多余水份

3:加入鸡蛋、调味料拌匀

4:炒锅加入油,放入樱花虾、葱花小火煸出香气

5:倒入豆腐蛋液,改转大火快炒至蛋液不流动

6:再依照喜好续炒至干松或保留一些汤汁,即可呈盘上桌
