海味沙茶炸酱蒸虾
材料
"白虾 10只","豆腐 1盒","板条 些许","葱丝 些许","沙茶炸酱 3tbs=45ml","香油 1tsp=5ml","酱油 2tbs=30ml","蒜泥 1tbs=15ml","花椒粉 个人喜好","水 75ml",
做法

1:准备食材:白虾、豆腐、板条、牛头牌沙茶炸酱

2:豆腐切适当大小,板条和豆腐可先泡滚水2分后捞起沥干备用

3:虾子留头尾去肠泥,以中心剖开成蝴蝶状备用

4:将蒜泥+沙茶炸酱+香油+酱油+花椒粉+水调匀备用

5:取盘,板条、豆腐块铺底淋上3大匙酱料,先大火蒸个5分钟,再铺虾子淋上步骤5.酱汁

6:再蒸3分起锅,再洒上葱丝,淋上热香油即完成
