韩式辣炒年糕
材料
"甜不辣 ","年糕8根 ","20条 ","青葱取绿色部份 ","泡菜 ","洋葱少许 ","一颗的1/4 ","泰式甜辣酱 ","水全部少许 ","糖 ","白芝麻全部少许 ","橄榄油 少许",
做法

1:洗净甜不辣、年糕、洋葱并切丝、泡菜、泰式甜辣酱、白芝麻、青葱切珠,备用;

2:先热锅, 倒入橄榄油, 接着放入洋葱炒香, 约略1分钟,等香气出来,开中小火,依序放入甜不辣小炒、加入年糕、少许泡菜、泰式甜辣酱、糖,并炒匀;

3:最后放入青葱、撒上白芝麻, 即可盛盘享用韩国最受迎欢的小吃-「辣炒年糕」。
