日式和风黄金虾
材料
"虾 6只","莴笋 6片","水梨或苹果 1颗","红龙果 1颗","奇异果 2颗","黄金奇异果或芒果 适量","日式酱 适量","盐 ","米酒少许 ","面粉2大匙 ","鸡蛋一颗 ","面包粉 4大匙",
做法

1:将虾去头留尾,去除肠泥后将腹部的筋剪断用醃料拌匀

2:用过三关的材料依顺序沾上面粉-蛋液->面包粉压紧备用

3:其它食材切好备用

4:将沾粉后的虾子放入中高温油锅中,用中大火炸

5:至金黄取出

6:莴苣剪成适当大小摆上条状水果

7:铺上炸好的虾子淋上酱汁即可

8:或再放上切丁的水果淋上日式酱!
