葱爆牛肉
材料
"牛肉丝 50g","紫洋葱 50g","洋葱 50g","姜丝 20g","辣椒 1/2条","青葱 2根","盐 少许","鸡精粉 少许","蒜末 1颗","蚝油 1小匙","米酒 1/2匙","胡椒粉 少许","香油 少许","太白粉 少许"
做法

1:把所有的食材都准备好

2:牛肉先用醃料搅拌均匀醃渍个10来分钟

3:热锅后3大匙的油先把牛肉丝快速拌炒一下立即盛盘备用

4:利用锅里剩余约1-2大匙的油把葱白,姜丝,辣椒下锅煸香

5:把洋葱丝下锅拌炒,加入少许的水

6:接着放入调味料,把葱绿,牛肉丝下锅搅拌均匀即可
