"鸡胸肉 2片","香菇 4","玉米笋 2","舞菇 2","味霖 一大匙","蚝油 半匙","盐 适量","黑胡椒粉 适量","砂糖 适量","蛋 半颗","酱油 半匙","洋芋片 压碎","太白粉 一杯","低筋面粉 一杯",
做法

1:把调味料跟切好的鸡胸肉条一起醃30分钟以上再加蛋液

2:蔬菜洗净切一定的大小

3:炸粉太白粉低筋面粉1:1混好备料洋芋片压碎鸡胸肉先果碎洋芋片再果炸粉其余蔬菜直接果炸粉先炸完蔬菜再炸鸡柳条

4:炸完蔬菜吸油加胡椒盐
