材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱切片 35G","白萝卜切片 35G","红萝卜切片 35G","西洋芹切片 30G","牛番茄去皮去籽切片 35G","马铃薯切片 40G","高丽菜切片 25G","月桂叶 1片","鸡高汤 500CC","盐巴 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:洋葱切成指甲片0.2~0.3公分

2:也将把红萝卜、白萝卜、马铃薯、牛番茄、高丽菜、西芹,都切成指甲片大小,放旁备用

3:将修边下来的食材切成适当大小与月桂叶下锅去跟鸡高汤煮15分钟再捞起来,再倒入切好的蔬菜片,用盐巴、白胡椒粉调味
