"新竹米粉 1包","冬粉 1捆","洋葱 1颗","香菇 5朵","虾米 少许","肉丝 适量","红萝卜 1/3条","高丽菜丝 半颗","芹菜 2支","盐 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","乌醋 少许","酱油 适量","糖 少许","香菇水 适量",
做法

1:煮一锅热水,水滚后关火,将米粉和冬粉放入,泡软后起锅备用

2:备料:香菇泡水后切丝,高丽菜、红萝卜、洋葱切丝,芹菜切碎。起油锅洋葱炒香➡️香菇➡️虾米爆香➡️肉丝,再下红萝卜和高丽菜丝,倒入调味料后加水至淹过食材

3:加入米粉和冬粉拌炒

4:将多余的酱汁捞出

5:加入芹菜增加香气,拌炒一下后起锅
