泰式凉拌猪肉

"三层肉 1条(一斤)","小黄瓜 一条","小番茄 20颗","洋葱 半颗","柳橙 1颗","柠檬 2颗","香菜 1小把","泰式甜辣酱 5大匙","香油 适量","胡椒粉 适量","米酒 适量"
做法

1:先备料把柠檬切片/柳丁切片/番茄切半/小黄瓜拍碎切小条(冰镇)洋葱切丝(冰镇)/香菜切碎/三层肉醃(香油.米酒.胡椒粉)切小条

2:热油锅把醃过的三层肉炒熟备用

3:准备一个大碗 倒入三层肉/小番茄/小黄瓜/洋葱丝/香菜碎加入调味料泰式酸辣酱 可依个人喜好调味 拌匀后装盘
