炸蔬菜天妇罗
材料
"茄子 100g","青椒 50g","红甜椒 50g","黄甜椒 50g","杏鲍菇 50g","低筋面粉 80g","玉米粉 40g","蛋黄 2颗","冰水 150g","高汤 2大匙","味淋 1小匙","鲣鱼露 2大匙","萝卜泥 2大匙",
做法

1:茄子、杏鲍菇切片、青椒切圈、红黄甜椒切方块备用

2:将面粉及玉米粉混合,加入冰水快速拌匀

3:再加入蛋黄拌匀

4:热锅,约倒入350cc沙拉油,以大火加热至180度C

5:将蔬菜沾上粉浆炸约10几秒至表面金黄即可捞起摆盘

6:将沾酱调料混合即可食用喔!
