香醋花生拌海鲜

"小卷 1尾","鲷鱼片 150克","虾仁 50克","小黄瓜 1条","小番茄 3~5颗","熟花生粒 10克","米酒 2茶匙","姜丝 少许","蒜泥 10公克","葱花 5公克","乌醋 4大匙","酱油 2大匙","细砂糖 3大匙","香油 2大匙","水 2大匙",

1:所有调味料拌成酱汁备用

2:海鲜鱼片姜丝与米酒放入盘中放入蒸层蒸约10分钟取出

3:将小黄瓜刨丝铺在另一盘子上步骤1与2拌匀放入步骤3最后撒上花生粒再将小番茄对切装饰完成
