材料
"虾仁 半碗","莴笋 2/3颗","透抽 半尾","综合海鲜 半盒","小黄瓜 1根","洋葱 1颗","蒜瓣 2瓣","红酒帕式达 1包","香菜 1把","绿花椰菜 半颗","金美厨泰式甜辣酱 5大匙","红酒帕式达调味包 1包","红酒调味包 1包","柠檬汁 1颗",
做法

1:将洋葱切丝.蒜瓣切丁.小黄瓜切片.莴苣撕块.香菜切末

2:将切好的洋葱泡冰水.绿花椰菜切小块烫7分熟捞起泡冰水

3:面煮熟捞起备用.沥干

4:海鲜类也烫熟捞起泡冰水

5:酸辣酱拌匀放入香菜末

6:将所有菜放在盆里

7:最后放入海鲜.泡面在淋上酸辣酱汁拌匀
