"猪后腿肉(切条) 600g","盐 8g","肉桂粉 4g","五香粉 4g","糖 10g","康宝鲜味炒手 2g","白胡椒 6g","百草粉 4g","太白粉 4g","鱼浆 300g","太白粉 40g","地瓜粉 40g","水 60g"
做法

1:材料A混合,放冷藏,醃渍1小时

2:材料B混合后,加入材料C充份搅拌

3:将水煮沸后转为小火,持续丢入肉条
