川味麻辣煮杏包菇
材料
"杏包菇 2~3朵","玉米笋 2~4根","黑木耳 1片","绿花椰菜 1/2颗","红萝卜 些许","蕃茄 半颗","老姜片 3~4片","蒜头 2~3瓣","青葱 2根","生辣椒 2根","干辣椒 3~4根","辣豆瓣酱 1匙","花椒.丁香 少许","甘草.川芎 少许","蔬菜高汤 3碗",
做法

1:将所有食材洗净切块备用

2:锅中倒入少许油,将花椒粒先放去炒出香味后,再将花椒粒先捞出

3:花椒粒与卤包材料一同倒入棉袋绑好
