材料
"米700g研磨成米浆 3.5台斤","白萝卜(去皮)打成泥 2台斤","日本太白粉 70g","盐、香菇粉 适量","香菇(泡软) 20朵(中型)","绞肉 1碗(吃饭碗)","油葱酥 半碗","酱油 1大匙","五香粉 1匙","胡椒粉 1大匙","适合的容器 1个","年糕纸 1张",
做法

1:准备容器铺上年糕纸

2:研磨好的米浆3.5台斤萝卜泥2台斤加起来总共5.5台斤Ps.可依自己的口感,增减水份调整萝卜糕的软硬度

3:米浆加入太白粉拌匀

4:炒肉燥香菇切末煸香》绞肉炒到变白》油葱酥》五香粉、胡椒粉》酱油》拌匀捞起来

5:米浆+萝卜泥+肉燥+调味料》中大火炒至糊状放入容器抹平

6:电锅外锅放2杯水蒸煮,待开关跳起再用2杯水蒸煮一次共煮2次,每次都闷30分再开锅盖起锅,待完全冷却即可食用Ps.最好等一晚完全冷却再食用,切的时候比较不会沾黏
