绍兴卤大肠
材料
"猪大肠 1份","淬酿酱油露 一碗","二纱糖 2小匙","酱油膏 1大匙","卤味中药包 1份","绍兴酒 1碗","青葱 2支","姜片 5片","大辣椒 1支","香菜 少许","温水 100CC",
做法

1:买处里好的猪大肠.先用滚水烫过.洗净

2:将所有食材调味料全放入锅中.外锅2杯水跳起.闷20-30分钟..要吃软烂一些.可以外锅再次加2杯水.跳起就完成囉!!!

3:好吃的绍兴酒卤大肠.加入绍兴酒完全去除猪大肠味道.

4:也可以煮大肠面线喔!
