材料
"水 2500CC","芋头 半颗","即食栗子 20粒","竹笙 适量","香菇 8~10朵","杏鲍菇 2支","猴头菇 适量","素丸子 5颗","油豆腐 3块","大白菜 适量","素鱼翅(蒟篛细面) 适量","红枣 10颗","枸杞 1小把","当归 2片","人参须 1把","黄耆 1小把","川穹 4片","红萝卜 1小条","白萝卜 1小条","西洋芹 3根","玉米 1根","洋葱 1颗","盐巴 1~1.5小匙","胡椒盐 1~1.5小匙","味林 3~4大匙","昆布酱油 1~2大匙",
做法

1:制作高汤:将高汤的中药材洗净铺在锅底

2:制作高汤:把蔬菜切成适当大小,放入锅中再加入水,中火煮开后,盖锅盖转小火煮1小时,煮好后加入调味料再煮10分钟

3:将香菇及竹笙洗净后用热水泡开

4:烤箱预热200度c,芋头切适当大小后,与栗子一起放入烤盘中,烤15分钟

5:取出一汤盅,底部铺上大白菜,接着把其他所有材料均匀的摆入炖盅中,淋上高汤

6:将炖盅放入电锅中,外锅放4杯水,按下电源,跳起后即可取出享用
