蘑菇汉堡肉
材料
"牛绞肉 300g","洋葱 1/2颗","大蒜 3粒","面包粉 3大匙","盐 1小匙","牛奶 3大匙","蛋 1颗","无盐奶油 1大匙","蘑菇 6朵","日式照烧猪排酱 2大匙","蕃茄酱 1大匙","苹果泥 1大匙","红酒 2大匙","水 3大匙","黑胡椒 少许","盐 少许",
做法

1:先将洋葱切丁、蒜头切末。热油锅中小火拌炒蒜末、洋葱至金黄色,放凉备用。牛绞肉加入盐混合搅拌一下,加入洋葱、面包粉、牛奶、蛋,搅拌至产生黏性。

2:取所需的分量,然后左右手开始甩抛(将空气排出),整形成圆扁形状。

3:热油锅小火慢煎至两面微焦即可~

4:蘑菇切片。用刚煎肉逼出的油,下奶油至融化后加入磨菇拌炒。加入红酒,稍微煮一下(挥发掉酒精),加入蕃茄酱、猪排酱、苹果泥、水,煮到酱汁微收,

5:起锅前加入黑胡椒、盐即可。
