蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾
材料
"草虾或白虾 8尾","宽粉丝 1把","板豆腐 1块","青葱 2根","蒜 5辧","姜 2片","酱油 2大匙","素蚝油 1小匙","香油 1小匙","白糖 1小匙","白胡椒粉 少许"," 米酒 2大匙","水 100cc",
做法

1:先将宽粉丝浸泡水5分钟变软(也可烧滚水后略煮2钟减少蒸的时间)

2:板豆腐切条状,白虾洗净剪掉虾须和虾脚(虾壳可拨,留下虾头及虾尾)

3:擦干用刀开背及去肠泥(可用牙签在虾背的第二节处挑起)

4:青葱切碎、姜和蒜切碎末,所有调味料(除了香油)和水搅拌均匀

5:宽粉丝铺底,再摆上条状板豆腐及虾子,最后均匀淋上蒜蓉酱汁

6:水滚后放入蒸锅以中火大约蒸10~15分钟

7:最后撒上葱花及淋上香油即可
