招牌素醉鸡

"白豆鸡 2个","姜片 3片","八角 2粒","花椒 约10粒","川芎 2小片","甘草 2片","黄耆 3片","当归 半片","枸杞 约15粒","红露酒 3分之1罐","绍兴酒 4分之1罐","水 2碗","盐 适量","蔬果素 适量",
做法

1:白豆鸡先入蒸笼蒸熟后放凉

2:水与姜片,八角,花椒先煮滚后改小火慢熬约8~10分钟,煮出味

3:将其他药材和调味料放入搅拌制调味料融化后放凉

4:待凉后倒入绍兴酒和红露酒搅拌均匀,试咸味看合不合乎自己的咸度,不够自己再添加,OK的话将白豆鸡放入,上面用保鲜膜封住或上盖,入冷藏醃3天即可切盘
