材料
"厚片梅花肉 500G","金针菇 一包","洋葱 半颗","高丽菜 200G","香菇 3朵","玉米 ","青花菜 ","红萝卜适量 ","板豆腐一块 ","与水1:3 ","谷盛寿喜烧一大匙 ","蛋黄一颗 ","日式酱油少许 ","葱花 ","芝麻 适量",
做法

1:锅中放奶油将梅花肉片煎至8分熟取出

2:豆腐煎至两面金黄取出

3:用奶油爆香洋葱,摆入除肉片外所有材料

5:盖煮至熟,放肉片再煮30秒即可

6:沾酱所有材料拌匀,沾食.
