材料

"熟食猪脚 5块","排骨 1盒","鸟蛋 1包","笋子 150克","白菜 1/5颗","杏鲍菇 2个","芋头 8块","鲨鱼皮 100克","红枣 6颗","栗子 7颗","香菇 6朵","虾米 1把","干贝 6颗","红葱头 1把","蒜头 7颗","葱 5根","酱油 3匙","酱油膏 1匙","乌醋 1匙","米酒 3匙","白胡椒 3小匙","冰糖 1小匙","高汤 600cc",

做法

  1. step1

    1:材料备妥洗净,干货泡水(生栗子泡水剥皮)

  2. 2:热油,红葱头爆香,加入蒜头和葱白葱绿拌炒至香味出来,再将锅中食材和油分开

  3. 3:取2)的油依序加入爆香虾米.香菇.栗子.芋头.鸟蛋,拌炒

  4. 4:同锅加入酱油拌炒均匀约2分钟使食材上色,再加高汤和其他调味料煮滚

  5. step5

    5:备一瓮依序放入(由下至上)白菜.笋子.排骨酥.猪脚.香料(红葱头.蒜头.葱).及倒入4)及所有食材不易烂的放底层炖煮

  6. step6

    6:瓮中加满高汤,瓮口封2层耐热保鲜膜入电锅蒸2小时 (外锅2杯水,2次) ~这样就完成囉
